Instructions for Obtaining Quotes and Placing Purchase Orders
To obtain a quote from RESPEC, please contact our sales representative (listed on our Contact Us page), with the authorized ITSAC Statement of Work. Once our representative receives and reviews the Statement of Work, He/she will contact you to discuss the project. After RESPEC and the client agree that this is a project we can execute together, RESPEC will provide a timely quote.
For purchase orders,
Generate a purchase order made payable to RESPEC and you must reference the DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-5789 on your purchase order.
E-mail or fax your purchase order and quote form to your designated vendor sales representative.
